Dow cares about you and your wellbeing. We offer plans and programs to help you achieve your personal goals when it comes to your emotional, social, physical and financial wellbeing. They’re available automatically to you as a Dow employee (if eligible). Below are some of the resources available.
- Quit For Life® ― Helps you break free from tobacco use. Read more.
- Nurse phonelines (available through health plan benefit partners) ― Speak with a registered nurse for information on a variety of health topics.
- Your health at work ― A variety of best practice services offered to Dow employees across the globe (e.g., Wellness Centers, Occupational Health Clinics, Family Health Centers and lactation support).
- Health and wellbeing programs ― Resources such as chronic condition management, diabetes education reimbursement and grief counseling.
- Spring Health Employee Assistance Program ― Provides professional, confidential counseling for you and your family at no cost to you, as well as work-life resources to help you navigate legal or financial matters, healthy living, career, travel and more. Learn more.
- Hinge Health — A virtual exercise therapy program designed to address chronic joint and muscle pain. Learn more.
