Get reimbursed! Adoption and surrogacy financial assistance

Adoption and surrogacy costs can add up. That’s why we increased the financial assistance provided under our Adoption Assistance policy and implemented a Surrogacy Assistance policy as of January 1, 2021. Each policy provides up to $10,000 per child to cover costs such as agency fees, court costs, legal fees, and travel expenses (a $30,000 lifetime maximum applies across the two policies).

It’s family time—increased paid parental leave!

Adding to your family—by birth, adoption, surrogacy, or foster care—is an exciting point along the parental journey. To give you time to bond with your new child, we increased paid parental leave from six to 10 weeks as of January 1, 2022.
