HOW TO ACCESS MYBENEFITS ONLINE
Access instructions
- Connect directly by going to https://mondelez.ehr.com (for the best web experience, use Chrome as the web browser).
- Sign in by entering your Username and Password.
- Follow the prompts to complete the Enhanced Security Verification process.
You’ll need to register the first time you access MyBenefits Online directly. On the sign-in screen, select First time user? Create an account. Provide your email address, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and verify your identity by entering a few personal data elements. The system will then walk you through the account setup process.

If you're newly eligible …
Make your health and welfare coverage elections on MyBenefits Online within 30 days of your eligibility date to avoid a gap in coverage. Active coverage ends on the last day of the month in which you retire or terminate employment, and retiree coverage begins (retroactively) on the first day of the month on or after your retirement or termination date.
Detailed benefits information
MyBenefits Online provides access to your personal health and welfare coverage information, carrier/benefit vendor websites, and phone numbers. It also provides access to detailed benefit summaries, comparisons, and legally required documents —such as the “Your Guide to the Mondelēz Global LLC Retiree Health and Life Benefits Plan,” Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs),* any Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs) to those SPDs, and Summary of Benefits and Coverages (SBCs). These are all posted in the Resource Library under the Tools & Resources tab on MyBenefits Online. Paper versions of these documents also are available, free of charge, by contacting the Mondelēz International Benefits Center at 1-855-470-3528.
* SPDs are updated annually and early in each year. If you have any questions regarding a specific coverage, please reach out to the individual carrier directly.
