MYBENEFITS ONLINE: SET YOURSELF UP TO RECEIVE INFORMATION

To receive text message notifications, take the following steps:

1. Log on to MyBenefits Online.
2. Under the drop-down menu with your name at the top, select the My Information link.
3. Once you’re on the Profile page, verify that the mobile phone number shown in the Phone section is the one you’d like to use for text messaging purposes.
4. Scroll to the Text Message Notifications section, and then select the box to opt in to receiving text message notifications. After you do, be sure to select your mobile phone number listed for text message notifications, and then select SAVE.

If your mobile phone number isn’t shown, or the number listed is not the one you’d like to use for text messaging purposes, contact the Mondelēz International Benefits Center at 1-855-470-3528. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central Time).
